Each patch is engraved and cut from a sheet of real full grain leather, then it is cleaned, dyed, and sealed. Once cured, our staff sew them onto your hat of choice.
Most patch hats you see use either faux or genuine leather, both of the worst quality.
Not us. Our leather is real hide with full grain, which allows you to see the imperfections in the animal's skin.
