You can, but each style currently prices on its own quantity rather than the combined total. If you're mixing, contact us and we'll quote the whole run at your combined quantity instead.
Yes. Tell us the date you need them in hand and we'll quote it. Rush pricing depends on the size of the run and may not be available during seasons of high volume.
The Richardson 112 and the 112PFP in camo are what we stock and price openly. Past those, we can bring in blanks from Richardson, Imperial, Yupoong and more. Have a specific brand or color in mind? Contact us and we will source it for you.
Full-grain hide. That's the top layer of the skin, not faux and not the split-and-coated stuff sold as "genuine leather." It shows the natural grain and the marks the animal came with, which is why no two patches look exactly alike.
Sewn, never heat pressed. This ensures the patch stays on no matter the conditions.
You can pick one of the classic shapes or request a custom shape.
Yes. A small patch near the snapback runs $4 per hat. Good spot for a crew name, a date, or a second mark.
We do, by request. They suit performance hats and anything that gets wet. Easy to clean, hard to hurt. We suggest at least 20 because of what they cost to produce. PVC details and sample pricing.
A high resolution image, preferably black and white, in PNG, JPG, AI, or SVG. If you're not sure what you have, send it over and we'll tell you before anything is cut.
Always. After your order we follow up with a mock-up and answer anything still open. Nothing gets cut or sewn until you've approved it.
Most orders go out within 1 to 2 weeks from mock-up approval. Larger orders can take 3 to 4 weeks. Rush service is available for a fee, though it may be limited during busy seasons.
Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Under that it's a flat $8 anywhere in the US.
